The Nakiri knife is a thin-edged knife ideal for efficiently cutting vegetables.
Made from Yasuki Blue Paper Steel with a double-edged black-forged blade, this knife offers excellent sharpness and an elegant buffalo horn handle.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "木屋" (KIYA), and "安来鋼青紙" (Yasuki Blue Steel).
