Minamoto saku Deba Knife
The Deba knife is a single-edged Japanese knife used for cutting fish.
Made of high-carbon steel, this knife offers excellent sharpness and durability.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
This knife shows slight storage marks but appears to have been barely used. It comes with a box.
It features the engraving "源作" (Minamoto saku), and there is a worn label remaining on the handle.
