The Santoku knife is a versatile double-edged Japanese knife designed for handling meat, fish, and vegetables.
This carbon steel Japanese Santoku knife has slight darkening from storage but is in very good overall condition. The Sakai Blades logo sticker remains intact, indicating minimal use.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "堺貞守" (Sakai Sadamori).
