Sakai Naokazu Yanagiba Knife

This Yanagiba knife is crafted to create exquisite sashimi slices.

It features a single-edge design made from high-quality hagane, ensuring exceptional sharpness. With an approximately 20cm blade, it offers ease of handling, ideal for use at home, and perfect for cutting sashimi from fish fillets.

The knife is sharpened and ready for immediate use; please handle with care upon unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It displays the engravings "堺登録" (Sakai Registered), "直一" (Naokazu), and "特製" (Special Edition), along with a branded stamp on the handle.
