Sakai Hiroyuki Yanagiba Knife
This Yanagiba knife, designed for creating beautiful sashimi slices, is a staple of Japanese culinary tools.
It is a single-edged knife crafted from high-grade hagane, known for its excellent sharpness. With an approximately 20cm blade length, this knife offers easy handling, suitable for home use and perfect for preparing fish fillets.
Sharpened and ready for use immediately upon arrival; please handle with care. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It bears the engravings "堺刃物" (Sakai Cutlery), "弘行" (Hiroyuki), and "特製" (Special Edition). The handle has a branded stamp, and remnants of a Sakai cutlery seal remain on the collar, which can be removed if desired.
