Miyabun Yanagiba Knife
The Yanagiba knife is a single-edged Japanese knife, used for beautifully slicing sashimi.
This high-carbon steel knife shows minimal signs of use and is in near-mint condition, suggesting it has been barely used, if at all.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "登録" (Registered) and "宮文" (Miyabun).
