The Yanagiba knife is a single-edged Japanese knife used for beautifully slicing sashimi.

This knife is made of high-carbon steel, offering exceptional sharpness.

With a blade length of approximately 20 cm, this knife is easy to handle, making it perfect for preparing sashimi from fish fillets.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the branded mark "登録商標" (Registered Trademark) and "堺實光" (Sakai Jikko) on the handle.
