Kunishige Usuba Knife

The Usuba is a traditional Japanese single-edged knife primarily used for vegetable cutting, such as making thin slices for dishes like daikon rolls (桂むき).

Crafted from carbon steel, this knife offers exceptional sharpness.

It has been expertly sharpened and is ready to use right out of the box. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engraving "國重" (Kunishige) and "特製" (Specially Made). The handle also has a branded burn mark.
