The Gyuto knife is a versatile Japanese chef’s knife popular for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables. This high-carbon steel knife shows minor patina but remains in good, usable condition.

Made from double-bevel high-carbon steel, it delivers excellent sharpness and versatility.

The blade has been professionally sharpened, ensuring it is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "登録" (Registered), "堺孝行" (Sakai Takayuki), "TRADE MARK," and "TAKAYUKI."
