The Santoku is a versatile chef's knife for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. This stainless steel knife features a molybdenum steel core clad in stainless steel, offering excellent sharpness and rust resistance.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
Engravings include "日本海" (Nihonkai), "サビニクイモリブデン鋼" (Rust-Resistant Molybdenum Steel), and "本割込" (Clad Construction). A label on the handle reads, "キッチンにピッタリ、新らしい刺身包丁" (Perfect for the kitchen, a new sashimi knife), although it is a Santoku knife.
