The Santoku knife is a double-edged, versatile Japanese knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables.
Made from high-carbon steel, it offers excellent sharpness and durability.
The blade has been finished with a nearly straight edge based on its original sharpening.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "日本橋" (Nihonbashi) and "木屋" (KIYA).
