Niimi Shosui Santoku Knife

The Santoku knife is a versatile, all-purpose kitchen knife, ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables.

Made of hagane (carbon steel) with a kuro-uchi (blacksmith) finish, it features AS (Aogami Super) steel, known for its exceptional sharpness and durability. This is a double-edged blade.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "新見" (Niimi), "松水" (Shosui), and "AS".
