Minamoto Masamori Hone-suki Knife

The Hone-suki is a traditional Japanese knife used for separating meat from bones.

This single-edged blade is made of hagane (carbon steel) and provides excellent sharpness.

This particular Hone-suki has a wider blade near the base, making it sturdy and easy to use for heavy-duty tasks.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "源正守" (Minamoto Masamori) and the registered trademark.
