An all-purpose Santoku for meat, fish, and vegetables, widely used in home kitchens.

Stainless, double-bevel construction for rust resistance and easy care.

Unused or barely used stored item; minor storage marks from cleaning/sharpening may be present. Professionally sharpened; ready to use. Please handle with care. Sharpening fee included.

Engraved “濃州正宗作” (Noshu Masamune).

A reliable everyday cutter with low-maintenance stainless steel.
